Long Way Down Full Book Summary The book is a television series and book, featuring both Ewan McGregor and Charlie Boorman, who traveled through the third countries of Europe and Africa to Cape Town, South Africa in 2007 by John O’Groats from Scotland. Motorcycling is documented in this book. This is the goal of the 2004 Long Way Round when the pair were spectacularly eastwards from London to New York through Eurasia and North America.
This journey started on 12 May and ended on 4 August 2007. He rode an R1150GS adventure bike and a BMW R1200GS adventure in the long way round.
